WELCOME TO CEFN ISA FARMHOUSE!

From the moment you turn off the main road, as you begin your approach through the lush surrounding farmland, you realise that you are truly escaping the noise, the bustle and the every day.

Cefn Isa Farmhouse is a gorgeous retreat, owned by David and Christine Jones, located in the heart of one of the most beautiful areas of the UK, the idyllic Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. Originally built circa 1811, this traditional stone farmhouse has recently undergone extensive and sympathetic renovations, and transformed into a luxurious three bedroom home, valued at £485,000.

This little gem is full of character, and during the renovations revealed incredible original features that have been sensitively restored. From the farmhouse you can explore everything the region has to offer, or simply relax in front of the fire and watch the

wildlife at your front door.

Entering the farmhouse, you will find yourself in the entrance hall with a bright and cosy living living room to your left centred around an exquisitely restored inglenook fireplace, and a dining room to your right with sweeping views over the

surrounding farm and countryside.

As you go through the entrance hall, you will pass the downstairs W/C, and then into the absolutely stunning bespoke kitchen; complete with vaulted ceilings, skylights and its own beautiful fireplace to cozy up to while you're cooking.

This really is the heart of the home!

Upstairs, you will find a landing with views over the back garden and to the Welsh countryside beyond, towards the mountains of Snowdonia National Park. There are three bedrooms, two of which have south facing windows to catch the sun all day, and ocean views over the surrounding countryside towards the coast, providing a tranquil space for the best night's sleep you will ever have! The third, and most characterful bedroom has dual aspect windows looking to the large rear garden.

The spacious family bathroom has modern fixtures & fittings, including a large walk in shower.

Each room in this stunning farmhouse has been expertly renovated to included original restored oak beams and stone features throughout, combined with new central heating and modern appliances.

And it continues outside with beautiful, private and manageable gardens to the front and rear, with expansive and breathtaking views.

This truly is a very special place to call home, or perhaps a home away from home to escape the everyday.

THE RENOVATIONS

David and Christine Jones instantly fell in love with Cefn Isa Farmhouse and purchased it in July 2019.

It needed a complete overhaul to bring it into the 21st Century, and over the next 15 months they painstakingly

renovated it to the beautiful home it is now.

They put their blood, sweat – and a fair few tears! – into restoring this special property, and the results are absolutely incredible.

David and Christine have created a truly special home, and they can't wait to hand the keys to the lucky winner!
